Return & Refund Policy
Items purchased directly from NUTRADEALS (online or by phone) will only be accepted for return if the following requirements are met:
Supplements must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for reimbursement.
Unopened and in their original packaging, all other products must be returned.
NUTRADEALS must get all purchased products within 15 days of purchasing. In such instances, reimbursements will only be sent to the original purchaser’s bank account. This credit will reflect on your bill in 5-7 business days.
BACK ORDERS
The supply of all of our items may not always keep up with demand, despite our best efforts. Your order will be cancelled, substituted, or reserved in this case.
DELAYS
On normal business days, orders are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Upon making your order, you will automatically get an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive an email receipt, please contact Customer Service to confirm. Please be aware that our carrier may have shipment delays, which are beyond of our control. Allow up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to be delivered.
