Upon receipt of payment confirmation, NUTRADEALS organises for the shipment of your merchandise. As a result, NUTRADEALS makes every effort to ensure that clients from all around the country receive their shipments on schedule. If the customer requests a delivery date estimate, NUTRADEALS makes every effort to meet that deadline. The consumer can always contact NUTRADEALS in the event of a shipping delay. Factors such as the import of the goods and its availability might create delays. Due to the fact that all items are subjected to brand code verification, there may be delays in delivery. All goods are shipped and delivered within 2 to 3 business days. A regular, uninterrupted delivery takes around 15 days to accomplish. A PERSON MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO COLLECT THE ORDER AND SIGN THE SHIPMENT RECEIPT. IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, HE OR SHE MAY BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES. TO AVOID THE EXTRA SHIPPING FEE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU INFORM SECURITY, RECEPTION, AND YOUR NEIGHBORS ABOUT THE EXPECTED DELIVERY. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS OF A SHIPPED ORDER. CANCELLING AN ORDER AND PLACING A NEW ONE MAY BE REQUIRED IN THIS CASE. AS SOON AS THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER, IT CANNOT BE CHANGED TO A NEW ADDRESS AFTER ADDRESS VERIFICATION, IT WOULD NEED TO RETURN TO THE WAREHOUSE FOR SHIPPING TO A NEW DESTINATION. FOR SHIPPING TO THE NEW ADDRESS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA. NUTRADEALS DOES NOT OFFER A PICKUP SERVICE.
